Vividha 2025: Highlights from Technical Sessions and Award Winners

Following the inaugural session, Vividha 2025 continued with a series of engaging technical sessions that showcased the intellectual depth and creativity of participants. The conference featured poster presentations and research paper presentations across Commerce and Management tracks, each reflecting a unique blend of analytical thinking and innovative perspective.

Three parallel sessions were conducted, offering participants a platform to present original research, discuss real-world challenges, and exchange ideas that shape the future of business and management education.

Distinguished academicians and industry experts graced the sessions as judges and chairs, including Ms. Dharti Rathod (Founder & CEO, Radiant), Mr. Amit Rupareliya (Business Mentor & Strategy Specialist), Mr. B.M. Purohit (Professor, Smt. M.J. Kundaliya English Medium Mahila Commerce & BBA College), Mr. Pradip Dhadhal (HR Head, Gokul Snacks Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Rippel Patel (MD, Fiotex Cotspin Pvt. Ltd.), and Mr. Vishal Sarvaiya (Founder, Shree Vaam Chemicals), who provided invaluable insights and feedback to participants.

The Valedictory Ceremony, coordinated by Dr. Gaurav Vora, marked a fitting conclusion to the event. Awards for best research papers and posters were presented by Fr. Stanley Joseph (Patron), Dr. Yvonne Fernandes (Principal), and the panel of judges, recognizing exceptional contributions in both Commerce and Management categories.
