As a key component of the Student Induction Program’s “Vision 360°: Be Beyond. Explore | Engage | Excel.” series, an engaging session on "Team Building" was conducted for first-year undergraduate students by Dr. AbhijisinhVala.

 

Moving beyond theoretical concepts, Dr. Vala demonstrated that effective teamwork is fundamentally rooted in trust, active listening, and meaningful human connection. He explored the mechanics of open communication and how to successfully leverage diverse strengths within a group. To ensure these concepts resonated, Dr. Vala utilized a highly dynamic approach, explaining team-building principles through multiple interactive, task-based activities and thought-provoking videos. This experiential learning method allowed students to practice collaboration in real-time and kept the audience highly engaged. The session empowered students to view teamwork not merely as an academic requirement, but as a reflection of personal character. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude for the practical wisdom and timeless values imparted.
