HUMANITY IN ACTION

Humanity in Action was a short-film competition organised by the Rotaract Club in celebration of World Humanitarian Day, encouraging students to portray humanity, compassion, and kindness through filmmaking.The event witnessed participation from 13 teams, out of which 5 teams were shortlisted for the final round.
 

The preliminary round was judged by Mr. Nimit Ganatra, who evaluated the participating films and selected the finalists.
The final round was judged by Mr. Harshal Mankad and Mr. Nimit Ganatra, bringing their experience and critical perspective to evaluate the shortlisted films.
 

Mr. Harshal Mankad, with his expertise in media and creative storytelling, assessed the films for their presentation, creativity, and overall impact.
Mr. Nimit Ganatra continued as a judge, evaluating the films for their concept, execution, and relevance to the theme.
 

The competition gave students a platform to combine creativity, filmmaking, and social awareness.The event was proudly sponsored by Mr. Mihir Tamtta, Owner of Café Kasol, whose support contributed to its successful execution.
 

Through powerful stories and creative perspectives, the event highlighted how small acts of kindness can create meaningful change.Humanity in Action ultimately celebrated both young filmmaking talent and the spirit of humanity.
