As part of the  Induction Program, an inspiring and highly engaging session on the theme "Stay True to Yourself" was conducted by Director, Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon Thomanna. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from all students, who remained actively involved throughout.

 

Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon began the session with a motivating address, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness, authenticity, teamwork, and effective communication. He explained how individual values and collective efforts contribute to personal and professional success. His encouraging words inspired students to approach their academic journey with confidence, integrity, and a positive mindset.

 

The highlight of the session was an interactive activity in which students were asked to collect scattered pieces of paper and work together to reconstruct the complete sheet. Through this exercise, students experienced the value of cooperation, unity, coordination, and shared responsibility. The activity also demonstrated that even a single missing piece affects the completeness of the whole, symbolizing the significance of every individual in a team. Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon beautifully connected this lesson to real-life situations, explaining that each person's contribution is essential for achieving common goals.

 

The session concluded on an inspiring note, leaving students with valuable insights into teamwork, communication, and the importance of staying true to themselves while contributing meaningfully to their group and society.
