Leadership Camp 2025 – Magnifying the Strengths

Christ Institute of Management, Rajkot hosted its annual Leadership Camp, a journey of learning that bridged classrooms with real-world insights.

From corporate leaders to social changemakers, each session was designed to inspire future managers.

Adv. Chetan Kothari (Amicus President, Rajkot Management Association) explored “AI as a Career Accelerator.”

Mr. Nandkumar Reddy (Vice President, Seasons Hotel) revealed skills beyond the resume that define true success.

Mr. Vishal Sarvaiya (Founder, Shri Vam Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.) guided students through the Start-up Ecosystem.

Mr. Ketan (Vishwagram Trust) sensitized students with experiences from Kashmir and Manipur.

Mr. Abdul Taiyab (HR Head, Captain Tractors) shared Goal Setting Strategies.

Mr. Prakash Gohel (Sr. Executive, CED – Govt. of Gujarat) led an Entrepreneurship Awareness Workshop.

IAS Shri Anandu Suresh Govind (District Development Officer, Rajkot) unfolded Management in Bureaucracy.
