The Orientation Programme "Vision 360° – Be Beyond" featured an inspiring session on Effective Communication and Public Speaking by Ms. Richa Bhagdev. The session focused on the importance of communication as a fundamental life skill that contributes to both personal and professional success.

Ms. Bhagdev emphasized that communication extends beyond speaking; it involves active listening, body language, confidence, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, she explained how effective communication helps students perform better in academics, interviews, presentations, and teamwork.

She also highlighted the significance of public speaking in developing leadership qualities and overcoming fear of addressing an audience. Students were introduced to practical techniques for improving their speaking skills, maintaining eye contact, using appropriate gestures, and presenting ideas with clarity and confidence. The session included engaging activities that encouraged active participation and self-expression.

Her motivational approach inspired students to view communication as a lifelong skill that can be continuously improved through regular practice, observation, and self-confidence. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, leaving students motivated to become confident communicators and future-ready professionals.
