FDP – Mr. Chetan Bhojani on “Role of Teachers in Strengthening Industry–Institute Relationship”

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) held at Christ College, Rajkot, focused on the vital theme “Role of Teachers in Strengthening Industry–Institute Relationship.”

The session was led by Mr. Chetan Bhojani, Director, Add-Value Group of Companies, and a Global Business Management Expert with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries.

In today’s rapidly evolving economy, the synergy between academia and industry plays a pivotal role in shaping entrepreneurial talent and ensuring industry-ready graduates. During the session, Mr. Bhojani emphasized how teachers can go beyond classroom instruction to become mentors, collaborators, and enablers of innovation.

He shared real-life examples and practical insights on integrating mentoring, project-based learning, and industry linkages into academic practice. His dynamic approach and industry wisdom inspired the faculty to explore new avenues of collaboration, aligning education with real-world expectations.

The session concluded with the felicitation of Mr. Bhojani by Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon Thommana, Director of Christ College, Rajkot.
