Faculty Development Program on Mentoring

The Faculty Development Program on Mentoring was organized by Christ College Campus, Rajkot on 22nd August 2026 at the Main Conference Hall . The programme was conducted with the objective of empowering educators with effective mentoring skills and inspiring excellence in academic and institutional development.

The session was led by Mr. Kaushal Pandya, Coach, Psychologist, Entrepreneur, and Founder of Brain Secrets Inc. & We Hustle Co., who served as the resource person for the programme. Through his expertise and professional experience, he guided the faculty members on the importance of meaningful mentoring in shaping students' personal, academic, and professional growth. The programme emphasized the role of mentors in creating supportive learning environments and fostering positive relationships with students.

The Faculty Development Program focused on enhancing mentoring skills, strengthening leadership qualities, building meaningful connections, and driving institutional excellence. The resource person highlighted how effective mentoring extends beyond academic guidance and contributes significantly to the holistic development of learners. The event was coordinated by Mr. Robin Thomas, Mentoring Cell Coordinator, under the guidance of Dr. Father Jomon Thommana, Director of Christ College Campus, Rajkot.
