As part of Leadership Camp 2026 – Beyond Books Series, an inspiring session on "Business Emotions" was conducted by Mr. Nimit Ganatra, an acclaimed TEDx Speaker, author, corporate trainer, and communication expert. The session highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence as a key factor in personal effectiveness and professional excellence.

 

Mr. Ganatra explained that success depends not only on technical knowledge but also on the ability to understand and manage emotions effectively. Using practical examples, storytelling, and interactive discussions, he demonstrated how emotional awareness, empathy, resilience, and positive communication contribute to better decision-making and stronger relationships.

 

Students were encouraged to develop a positive mindset, manage emotions during challenging situations, and strengthen their interpersonal skills. The interactive session kept participants engaged and concluded with an enthusiastic question-and-answer session. Overall, the programme provided students with valuable life skills and inspired them to become emotionally intelligent, confident, and responsible individuals prepared for future academic and professional challenges.
