Aarohan Women’s Cell

The programme commenced with a serene and devotional prayer dance, beautifully performed bySaptaparna from FYBA. This was followed by the traditional lamp lighting ceremonycarried out by all the dignitaries present on stage. The event then proceeded to the oath-taking ceremony, led by Ms. Kruti Kotak. Further, Presidential speech gave an overview about AAROHAN cell and then Principal Madam’s Speech motivated all the students. The cultural segment of the programme featured a small skit showing different women characters like Ahilyabai, Mother Terressa, Sushmita Sen, Smriti Mandhana and one special role model our Principal Mam. All the students enjoyed the skit and thereafter an address by Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon Thommana followed, where he encouraged all the students to believe in themselves and achieve great heights in their life.The ceremony concluded with an eloquent vote of thanks proposed by Ms Vaibhavi Joshi, Vice President, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to all.

 

The inaugural ceremony marked a promising start to another year of meaningful activities under the Aarohan Women’s Cell, dedicated to the empowerment and holistic development of women students at Christ College.
