An Expert Talk on Java

A one day session on “An Expert Talk on Java” was delivered by Mr. Jay Parmar, B.H. Gardi Vidyapith,Rajkot on 01.04.2023 at 08:30 A.M.. All the students of Diploma Engineering are participated in this expert session with their respective faculty members.

The session was started with a welcome address. The introduction of Java done. Java is a class-based object-oriented simple programming language. Though we can not consider it to be fully object-oriented as it supports primitive datatypes. It is a general-purpose, high-level programming language that helps programmers and developers to write a code once and run it anywhere. There was a good interaction between the speaker and the students at the end of expert session.    

"One Day Online Training Workshop on “Internet of Things”

    A one day online training workshop on “Internet of Things” was delivered by Mr. Jignesh Siroya, Om Education Campus, Junagadh on 05.02.2022 at 09:00 A.M via Google Meet app. All the students of Diploma Engineering are participated in this training workshop with their respective faculty members.

The session was started with a welcome address. The introduction of Internet of Things presented. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. There was a good interaction between the speaker and the students at the end of training session and during the workshop also.
 

After that the practical training session was taken by Mr. Yogesh Joshi, Om Education Campus. He taught students about: which equipments are required for IOT? , How to connect Arduino board with your PC, how o do programming for that board?, etc. The practical session was very interesting for students. Students learnt basic practical things during this practical session.

A Seminar on TOP-10 Trending Technologies

A seminar on “TOP 10 Trending Technologies” was delivered by Ms.Prakruti Vyas,  Senior Technical Trainer(TOPS Technologies) on 24.08.2023 at 08:30 A.M.. All the students of  Diploma Computer Engineering as well as BCA students have attended this seminar. 

The session was started with a welcome address. The introduction of IT technologies was  done. Then the introduction of topics like Machine Learning ,Artificial Intelligence, Data  Analysis, Flutter Development, Full Stack Development, Web Designing ,Data Science etc. was  done. 

Then the session was followed by brief discussion of each and every topic. Students has  become aware with trending technologies and especially career opportunities in each and every  field.

 Python App Development Workshop

A workshop on “Python App Development” was conducted by Mr. Sanket Chauhan,  Senior Technical Trainer(TOPS Technologies) on 14.02.2024 at 08:30 A.M.. All the students of  Diploma Computer Engineering as well as BCA students have attended this workshop. 

The session was started with a welcome address. Mr. Sanket Chauhan has started with  basics of Python. Then followed by the topics like: Basics of Python, Web App Development  using Django, Database Connection using Python, Demo App with Django Framework.  

Then the session was followed by brief discussion of each and every topic. Students has  become aware with each and every topic. Practical demo was given by expert. Students has learnt  with practical exercises given by expert.

Students has also experienced the App development using Python. It was a really great  experience for them to develop an App.

FULL STACK  DEVELOPMENT

The inquest session for Full Stack Development was conducted on 13 September, 2025.

It was started with a welcome note. The session was mainly focused on different parts of web development. The resource person has explained from end technology and as well asback-end technology used for full stack development. He has also shown some coding examoles for front-endas well as bacl-end. Also, steps for making your projects or website live have been explained by the resource person with one demo website. At the end the current market scenario for the software developers and skills requirementsfor cracking interviews of software companies were discussed. It was an interactive session where students have openly discussed questions related to web development.

The resource person Mr. Jiten R. Kapadia was felicitated with a memento bt Mrs.Nymphea Gogia - Principal Christ Polytechnic Imstitute, Rajkot.
