Ad-Hungama of Commerce Association

Commerce Association organized Ad-hungama to inculcate Branding, AD ideas, Knowledge about Media and Advertisement world on above mentioned date. The responsibility for organizing the event was given to Blue Boosters, i.e. one of the four groups of the Commerce Association. 

As per the rules decided by the Blue Boosters, entire event was divided into three (3) rounds viz. Round one for print media and ad enactment of the product of the choice of the participants, Round two was identifying Punch lines and Logos of different companies and Round three was to identify the video ad shown to them. Total 8 teams, i.e. two from each group, took part in the event.

The event was anchored by Mr. Bhavin Pujara of B.Com. Sem III and Ms. Aarti Parmar B.Com. Sem V. Mr. Abhijitsinh Vala, Faculty from department of Management and Mr. Nirmalsingh Bhatti from ICICI Prudential Life insurance were judges for the event. The event was started by giving explanation of what is Branding and usefulness of Marketing by giving few true examples by both anchors.

Different teams presented different ads on different products and services which was followed by question answer round by judges. At the end of the event, Mr. Nirmalsingh shared his views and gave his tips for better performance in future. Mr. Kuldeep from B.Com. semester III was given responsibility for photography of the event where as Ms. Sheetal Divya Rani and Ms. Bhoomi Jhala played role of scorer and time keeper respectively. The event was concluded by giving prizes to winners, viz. a team from Black Bulls stood third,  a team from White Worriers stood second and a team from Red Rebellions won the competition with outstanding performance. Mr. Priyanshu Vora from B.Com Semester I arranged for all prizes for winners.
